CEO and Creative Director Donna Elle shares her personal passion for seaside living through her inspired collection of curtains, bed linens, textiles, and drapery hardware. She first impacted coastal style in the '90s with her design company on Nantucket. While fashioning on– and off–island interiors, she realized her discerning clients desired window décor with a fresh look. Her response: Nantucket Windows, founded in 2001 to intertwine her love of the sea with window treatment design.

ARTISAN…

Elle’s artistic eye dictated the colors, textures, and patterns of Nantucket Windows’ Coastal Collection. Silk-screened fabrics in varied collections—Nantucket Breeze, Island Time, Endless Summer, Beach Walk, and Coastal Solids—are meticulously crafted into curtains, bedding, pillows, and upholstery, then lined and edged with vat-dyed custom colors. All fabrics are produced in the U.S. Her most personal contribution, Nantucket Breeze, is a pattern based on a shell drawing by her youngest daughter, Katie Lou. Unique drapery hardware, showcasing seashells finished with a hand-rubbed application, completes the look.
